Lucia began her real estate career at just 20 years old while attending John Carroll University, gaining early, hands-on experience that continues to benefit her clients today. She later earned her degree in Business Marketing, blending strong communication skills with a strategic understanding of how to position clients for success.

As a four-time NCAA All-American in Track & Field, Lucia brings a high level of focus, work ethic, and consistency to every transaction. Her background as a competitive athlete translates into a results-driven mindset and a commitment to following through for her clients.
